AIM has dedicated teams to cater to every aspect of Retail, Corporate, Commercial, Hospitality & Residential Architecture Project execution as per design. AIM’s clientele includes National & International Companies such as The Collective, Hackett, Sephora, RBL Bank, BOSCH to name a few.
One of our main jobs at AIM is to plan every project in detail. Using the Project Planner, we create a detailed task list, schedule the start and end dates of tasks and add links between them. Using the Project Planner, we assign durations and allocate resources to ensure that the right tasks are completed at the right time, by the right people. AIM delivers quality and precision within the timelines.
We strive to provide the complete package with precise, quality and accurate construction for all the projects on board.

AIM has grown to an experienced core team comprising of 35+ technically qualified people consisting of Project Managers, Strategic Planners, Design Managers, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Purchase Managers.

Quality Assurance is both a state of mind and an understanding of the regulations & guidance relating to the development as formulated by the local regulatory authorities. In practice, Quality Assurance is applied at various levels and stages such as co-ordination with design team, preparing BOQ as per approved designs, analysis and procurement, construction, project management, Quality control, Site status documentation, communication documents (client, Designers, vendor and consultants) which goes right up to handing over of a project. HVAC WORKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT THROUGH OUR ASSOCIATE FIRM AIRTECH ENGINEERS, WHICH HAS A STRENGTH OF 20 STAFF AND ALSO HAS DUCT MANUFACTURING FACTORY (AIR MAXX) WHICH HAS A STAFF OF 20 PEOPLE FOR THE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION WORKS.
